Wow, when I heard about this ‘Last Of Us Ellie Sex Doll’ I was pretty intrigued. It’s definitely something I haven’t seen or heard about before. So, I started doing some research and I’m still trying to wrap my head around it. From what I’ve seen, the doll looks like a replica of Ellie from the popular game by the same name. Apparently, the doll was created to pay homage to the character from the popular game.
At first, I was taken aback by this news. Maybe it felt like the world was getting a little too weird for my taste. But then again, I was curious as to why people wanted something like a sex doll that resembled Ellie in particular. It just seemed so odd.
The more I looked into it, I realized that in addition to being a homage to the game, the doll was apparently being marketed as something symbolic of female strength. Some say it’s a representation of Ellie’s brave and independent spirit, dildos while others believe that it’s a reminder of why we should all fight for what we believe in and stand up for ourselves.
I’m still on the fence about it, but if that’s the case, then I guess it does have a nice message behind it. Plus, it’s not like you can buy a toy version of this sort of thing, so it’s not like people are actually buying it to have sex toys with it. So, if it were being used as some sort of metaphorical symbol then it may not be so bad.
At the end of the day, I’m still not so sure that I’m entirely comfortable with the idea of a sex doll being used to represent female strength. I can see why people are intrigued by it, but part of me still just isn’t buying the whole concept. How do you think about it?
Well, I guess while I’m still trying to process this whole thing, I’m going to move on and talk more about the character of Ellie in the game. Ellie is portrayed in the game as a young, courageous and assertive teenager who is willing to fight to protect those she cares about. So, I can understand why many people are attracted by the concept of a doll that is shaped in her likeness.
Additionally, Ellie’s story in the game is an incredibly powerful one. She finds love and resilience despite the despair that the world has been thrown into. It’s inspiring and huge chunk of her story focuses on her struggle to stay optimistic despite the odds that are against her. So, I can see why her character has so much appeal.
There’s also the fact that Ellie in the original game is voiced by Ashley Johnson. Johnson is an incredibly talented actress and her performance really embodied the character of Ellie. So, it’s no wonder why people were so drawn to the character and wanted to have a replica of her in the form of a doll.
The other thing that I think people are really connecting with is the theme of friendship in the game. When Joel and Ellie first meet, they form an understanding but still adversarial relationship. As time passes, Joel eventually embrace his role as Ellie’s protector and they eventually build a strong bond, one that many players wished they could have.
Essentially, I think many people found a special connection with Ellie and Joel’s friendship in the game. In a way, it served as an emotional reminder that, even when the world is falling apart, we can still find love and friendship in our lives. That kind of thing can really trigger a strong emotional response from people which is probably why a sex doll resembling Ellie is such an attractive idea to many.
